Thank you for choosing us! We are the online retailer of the German brand Dermacolla.

After you have placed your purchase order, the ordered goods are sent by fulfillment service provider OmniPack to the logistics centers of the companies.

For shipments within Europe, we use:

• DHL, DPD, GLS, Packeta, Austrian Post, MRW, Eurohermes, Speedy.

These particular logistics companies guarantee fast and high-quality delivery.

Delivery time for orders within the European Union is no more than 7 business days.

Shipping to non-EU countries usually takes 3-10 business days due to the customs clearance of ordered goods and the delivery distance from our warehouses to the customer.

We use DHL for international shipments. Trust us; you’ll love the speed of delivery.

We deliver goods to almost anywhere in the world, and it’s free for our beloved customers.

Express delivery option is available to customers in certain regions if you want to shorten the time you wait for your order to arrive. It is a paid service, and the ordered item will be shipped on the next business day via DHL Airmail.

Payment

Credit card is the only available payment method at our store. Online payments are processed by Stripe company.
